Personal Training at Vitalize Health and Fitness is highly individualized with the utmost importance of helping people meet their goals. Client goals, current health status and individual needs are all taken into consideration to build an effective training program. Fitness looks differently on everyone and fitness goals are different for everyone and each client is encouraged to meet their goals without being distracted by societal norms or unrealistic goals. Personal training is instructive, encouraging and motivating and designed to support the client on their journey of health and fitness. Personal Training includes nutrition. 60 minute session.
